Returns and cancellations policy

Cancellations and returns of original works:
You can cancel the purchase by email only, with an original invoice, and return in excellent condition as purchased, within 30 days of purchase. Your account will be credited after the original work arrives to me, except shipping costs. The return shipping costs will apply to buyers.
Replacement or return of the work / print, will only be possible for products that are not defective and have not been used at all and returned in their original packaging. You can arrange an arrival with us or alternatively send us the product in its original packaging.
Cancellations and returns of custom works and prints:
All works and prints by original creation are made especially for you after ordering. The order can be canceled within 12 hours by email only. After that, the work or print can not be canceled or returned, except in cases where the work / print came to you damaged, or other work / print was sent to you by mistake.
Returns in case of defect:
In the event that the work / print is damaged in shipment, I will credit you with the full amount or send a new work, according to your choice. All you have to do is contact me by email only immediately upon receipt of the defective work / print and no later than two days from the date of receipt of the shipment. A copy of the damage report of the complaint you opened by mail or shipping company must be sent to me within 10 days. .
Return terms:
When the item is damaged in shipping the shipping costs will be paid by, in any other case the purchasers are responsible for reimbursing the shipping and shipping expenses. If the work is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value of the work
